It measures 34.5mm in diameter without the crown, about the size of a Rolex Date watch - a millimeter and a half smaller than a Rolex Datejust.
Unlike most of this model watches which have baton markers, this one has Arabic numerals, which we have always liked on the model. Our photos couldn't begin to do justice to the rich royal blue dial.
It is fully Omega and has just finished a true expertly done restoration. It presents in gorgeous condition.
The case presents as just short of perfect mint. The lightly engraved Seamonster logo is intact (much more so than the photos seem to suggest) and shows light signs of previous polishing. The case still retains strong lines and presents on the wrist as gorgeous.
The dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
Its caliber 601 handwound movement is adjusted to two positions and is quite pristine.
As part of the restoration it has just been freshly fully serviced by a Master Watchmaker. It continues to keep time on par with a new Omega in our testing position.
For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new leather strap making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to the watch's performance.
