The Patek Philippe Chronograph Reference 591 was produced from 1938 until the early 1950s with an estimated 54 examples made in rose gold. This rare example features a beautiful rose dial with the Walser Wald signature. Walser Wald was the official Patek Philippe importer for Argentina until the 1960s, though finding vintage watches with this retailers signature are extremely rare.
