Rolex Datejusts are, in many people’s opinions, the perfect everyday watch. They are beautiful and classy enough to be dressed up as an elegant accessory but simple and sporty enough to be dressed down for everyday wear. Though they come in many different colors and materials, this particular example from 1966 embodies a classic variation of the reference. The engine-turned bezel, stunning silver dial, and original jubilee bracelet make for a truly timeless Rolex timepiece. Note: This example comes with newer luminova service hands and is running at -1 second a day. The jubilee bracelet is in excellent condition with very light stretch. There is some patina on the dial near the four o’ clock marker.
Condition: The watch has been inspected by a certified watch maker and is running as expected for its age. The watch keeps good time and is currently running at -1 seconds a day.
