A fabulous and exceptional quality solid gold Tiffany & Co. solid fourteen carat gold belt buckle. This is a very classic, and subtle design, that really lets the leather or alligator shine from the front. It is a folding belt buckle, meaning the fabric passes through the two loops in and out, and then the buckle presses down on top to hold it in place.
Tiffany, unlike English silver, cannot be easily identified by year, but they had a coding system of using a letter for the current Artistic Director. This piece with the italic m was for John C. Moore II. He presided over the company between 1907-1947.
